Certification Policy

1. Overview

The MDaemon Academy Certification Policy defines the rules and standards governing certification exams, issuance, and validity.

2. Certification Tracks

• MDaemon Mail Administrator (Level 1)

• MDaemon Mail Expert (Level 2)

• MDaemon Security Gateway Administrator (Level 1)

• MDaemon Security Gateway Expert (Level 2)

3. Exam Format

• Online, proctored, and time-bound

• Objective and scenario-based questions

• Minimum passing score displayed before exam start

4. Certification Validity

• Certificates remain valid until we confirm from the issue date

• Renewal required to maintain “Active Certified” status

5. Code of Conduct

Candidates must:

• Complete exams independently without external help

• Refrain from sharing exam content

• Abide by all integrity and proctoring guidelines

Violations may result in certification revocation or account suspension.

6. Verification

Employers and institutions can verify any certificate via the MDaemon Certificate Verification Portal using the certificate ID.

7. Re-Certification

Upon major version upgrades of MDaemon products, certified users will be notified to complete a short “update assessment” to renew validity.

8. Certification Revocation

MDaemon Academy reserves the right to revoke certification for:

• Exam misconduct

• Misrepresentation of credentials

• Violation of policy or intellectual property terms
